Applicant’s Guide
Our waitlist for applications is currently CLOSED. If you have previously applied applied, you must notify us in writing every 6 months that you are still interested to maintain a current application. Please direct any questions to falconcrestestates@telus.net
When a unit becomes available the Coop will contact those applicants that have been selected to be shortlisted for membership from the main wait list. Shortlist selection applicants will be scheduled to attend an applicant interview. Shortlist applicants will also be required to complete credit and background reviews. If you are a successful short list applicant and there is a unit matching your housing needs, you may be contacted and asked to do a walk through of available unit. You then have 24 hours to accept or reject the unit.
